At évaco art, I offer meditation practices that are meaningful and grounded, yet we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our aim is to build a disciplined, consistent meditation habit without being too strict about it. We practice with full focus, but meditation doesn’t have to become our whole identity. Expect practices that blend art with daily life, and that bring a touch of lightness and humor.
I offer meditations in different formats to suit every moment: the directness of video, the versatility of audio, and the freedom of written guided meditations. You’ll get a mix, depending on which option interests you most.
The best way to experience my approach is by joining my Collectors' list, where you’ll receive a series of free practices to try before you buy.

In written meditation we use the power of words to guide our thoughts and emotions towards a meditative state. Think about what happens when you read a good book. By immersing yourself in carefully crafted narratives and prompts, you can cultivate a deeper awareness of their inner landscape.
Reading a guided meditation instead of listening to it, allows you to go at your own pace, pausing to reflect as needed, which can deepen focus and engagement. Without needing audio, it’s flexible and easy to fit into your daily life, and reading often feels personal, letting you connect with the practice in your own way.

In the practices and content I share with you, you’ll often find suggested yoga sequences that complement the meditation practices, aligned with our current theme and energy focus. While I’ll provide detailed instructions and resources, I don’t offer follow-along videos where I demonstrate the flow for you to follow directly. My 200-hour multi-style Yoga Teacher Training enables me to guide you through yoga, design sequences, or even teach in a studio if I choose. However, my approach emphasizes meditation and mindfulness over the physical or 'fitness' aspects. I view yoga asanas as a mindfulness practice, yet I know that’s not what most people expect in a yoga class, and it’s not the primary focus I want in the practices and art I share with you—at least, not for now.

I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and am certified by Yoga Alliance. So yes, I’m qualified to guide you through meditation, breathing exercises, and asanas. I choose, however, to focus more on what I learned in the areas of meditation and mindfulness rather than the physical or 'fitness' aspects, as I mentioned in response to the question, 'Do you offer yoga classes?'

Haha, that’s up to you, I suppose! Samadhi is the true meditative, egoless state—the goal of meditation—where thoughts and feelings no longer matter. It’s the result of dedicated practice and sustained focus. While it’s certainly possible to eventually reach that state, it’s not the primary objective of our practices at évaco art. Instead, our focus is often on cultivating a particular feeling, gaining a bit more control over our thoughts, and connecting with ourselves. If samadhi happens to be the outcome, it’s more than welcome!
