Meditation Letter from café de Flore in Paris

There are times though, where technology can help, if used wisely. You can choose to print out your letter for a more genuine ‘snail mail’ feel.

How a Meditation Letter from Paris Deepens Your Mindfulness Practice
Each meditation letter from Paris is a unique, hand-crafted experience that brings the power of written guided meditation straight to your mailbox. Imagine the nostalgic pleasure of receiving a personal letter from Paris.
